The shirts make you feel happy when you wear them.

If you ask me summer can not get here quick enough. between the months of December and March we spend a lot of our time making Hawaiian shirts for our company website that has all of the Hawaiian shirts and clothing in our inventory, as well as stock for our Amazon Store and lastly, our display kiosk in Yuma Arizona.

This is the time of year that customers start stocking up on Aloha, the weather is improving in many states and people are thinking luaus. Admittedly the clothing is brightly colored and not for everyone. But for our customers that do wear Hawaiian clothing, they say the bright colors and designs simply make them feel happier.

Quite often we have people buying their first Aloha shirt. Ladies will often pick something safe like the womens Hawaiian shirt with parrots

We also offer a nice selection of Hawaiian muumuu dresses which are gaining in popularity.

Hawaiian Hospital Gowns

Our Hawaiian clothing store in Escondido is close to a downtown hospital that specializes in surgical procedures. I cannot tell you how many times we have had the family of the patients come into our store and ask if we sell muumuu’s. These people are sent on a mission usually by the patient who realizes that the hospital gowns they are given are not very good at covering them.

The hospital gowns they give you upon intake are notorious for being very thin and breezy in all the wrong places, good luck keeping the posterior covered. These patients are more alarmed about letting the family and friends see them naked that they are about actually relaxing and trying to heal. 

 

That is why I am so glad we stock a huge variety of mid-calf Hawaiian muumuu dresses here at the Wave Shoppe. Our Wave Shoppe brand muumuus are very roomy and comfy and they slip right over the head easily.

We make them right here in the USA from 100% cotton and they are so nice that the patient can wear them out of the hospital and also when they get home. Many wear them out in public and while running errands.

One of the nicest things about our mid-calf muumuus is that we have 2 pockets in our Wave Shoppe labeled muumuus.  We also use vibrant prints and bright colors and they tend to cheer up the patient just like a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Speaking of flowers, another popular gown for hospital patients are our flowered caftans which are extremely roomy. There are no other dresses made that offer as much room as a caftan. Comfort is important during recovery.
